In BalanceBall Abs Workout, acclaimed yoga and Pilates instructor Suzanne Deason presents a fun, highly
effective routine that works the deeper abdominals with the support of the inflatable BalanceBall.
The deluxe DVD edition includes all three workouts and in-depth instructor interviews. Use all three programs to
