Best blocks ever!

These cork blocks are sustainable and functional. I love to use these to guide my lunges and to sit on to elongate my spine. Theyre wonderful and I highly recommend:)

Great Blocks- nice and sturdy and gives the extra weight you need in certain poses and really good for core work when you can slide it forward and back!
