We accept returns and issue refunds for items that are unused and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been used and will not issue a refund for them.

Return Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product or wish to return a product you ordered, please contact us at 888-886-9642 within 30 days of the purchase date. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.

The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

- No refunds are issued on DVDs and CDs.

- Custom printed orders cannot be refunded or returned.
- Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
- Extra charges may be applied if return policy instructions are not followed.
Return Process
Please call us toll free at 888-886-YOGA (9642) or email us at returns@yogaaccessories.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is required for all returns.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must call our customer service department at 888-886-YOGA (9642). If the order has not yet shipped you will be refunded the full amount of the order. Please remember that we process orders and send them to our warehouse within minutes. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please complete a return merchandise request as listed above. Same Day Shipping
Orders received by 12pm EST/9am PST M-F will ship the same day. For one and two day expedited shipping options, please call us at 888-886-9642 and a representative will assist in placing your order. All orders will be shipped via FedEx and must be delivered to a physical address.
