Return Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product or wish to return a product you ordered, please contact us at 888-886-9642 within 30 days of the purchase date. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.

Refunds are issued for items that are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date; the items must be unused and in resalable condition. Products that are returned after that timeframe must be approved by our customer service department and will be refunded in the form of a store credit. Depending on the size of the returned order some products may have a restocking fee applied. Some items (such as clothing, jewelry and DVDs/CDs,) may have special return circumstances- you must contact us for return authorization prior to shipping any items back to us.

Be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
  • No refunds are issued on DVDs and CDs.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Custom printed orders cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Extra charges may be applied if return policy instructions are not followed.

Return Process

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must call our customer service department at 888-886-YOGA (9642). If the order has not yet shipped you will be refunded the full amount of the order. Please remember that we process orders and send them to our warehouse within minutes. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please complete a return merchandise request as listed above. For returned items on large or wholesale orders, we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee. This minimal charge covers our costs to receive the order and restock the inventory. Orders received by 12pm EST/9am PST M-F will ship the same day. For one and two day expedited shipping options, please call us at 888-886-9642 and a representative will assist in placing your order. All orders will be shipped via FedEx and must be delivered to a physical address.

For payment with a check, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. If you have received or created a pay by mail or telephone order on our website, please print and include a copy with your check.
