It’s works perfect for what I wanted. To leave out so I can do a quick stretch as I come and go for my room

Perfect Prop

I had been having trouble focusing on my hands in down dog. I've used it in 3 positions:under my sticky mat, on top of my mat with the angle facing toward me, and on top of my mat with the angle facing away from me. The cork is so warm and cushions well. By placing the wedge under my mat there is absolutely no slippage and it's easier to transition to other poses. I've used it under hands and feet and found it does help me to focus and ground through to the mat.

Soapy cork boards

It's hard to tell: the organic soap mat cleaner that was packed in the box with these boards (in nothing other than a zip lock bag, with no padding between items) spilled and soaked the boards. Now the boards are slick and have a soapy film all over them. I'm very disappointed with how my order was packaged and shipped. My other orders from Yoga Accessories have been fine.

Cork wedge.

This wedge was a perfect size, however it is too hard. It doesn't work for me. The heels of my hands and fingers go numb due to not enough cush in the cork.
