Great Mat for Hot Yoga

As an E-RYT200 yoga instructor, I teach a variety of Vinyasa yoga classes in various locations including outside. Twice a week, I teach classes in a heated studio at the YMCA. Over ninety minutes in a 90 degree room with a Vinyasa flow and sweat is pouring out of every pore in my body! I require a mat that is natural, porous, and won't have me slipping and sliding holding Chandrasana or flowing Surya Namaskara? I am pleased to say that the Jade Harmony helps keep me dry and stable thru the most challenging of these classes. Namaste' Ya'll!
